    I'm sorry if this was already discussed, but I failed to find a similar thread.

    Well, I'm 30 years old. Do exercises like jelqing work at my age? If so, I'm determined to start.

      Thanks for the answer. I'm very patient, and an inch (preferably 1,5) of length and an inch of girth would be pretty enough for me.

        Go to the START HERE button. Read about safety, pick a beginner routine and enjoy the gains. Most of my gains came after 40 you whipper snapper.

          I started when I was 37 and have made good gains, you can also look at your total health as well, eating habits, exercise, sleep---your overall health with help with PE as well.

            40+ here--just started 6 months ago and improved everything. Just got to stick with it.
