    Hello everyone, so to update on what I have been on for the past 6 months, I went porn free for around 5 months and just decided to watch it again because I just wanted to try it once in a while again. but during those 5 months until now, I have been in trouble keeping up an erection, holding the erection, and unable to go all the way to a 100% erection while I mostly maintain it at a 50-60%. Keep in mind I am 21 years old and all of these thing are happening to me. I am a pretty fit man going to the gym 5 times a week with weight lifting and also tracking my macros for efficient dieting.

    First and foremost, it is hard for me to get my measurement, but to put it the best that I can, I attempted measuring and holding an erection as hard as I can and held it to a
    BPEL:5.4 in
    EG: 4.5 in

    I suffer from so many negative PI's such as turtling right after a PE workout especially on rest days. Only up until this week is when I just figured out that I have been jelqing with a really tight grip forcing that blood up and cannot kept a 50-60% erection while jelqing. This is probably a main key in why I am having negative pi's and not growing within the past month.

    My routine goes on a 2 days on 1 day of regimen
    5 -10 min Hot towel warm up
    5 min of spins and hard stretches (yes this might be another contribution to negative pis)
    10 min of wet overhead jelqing 3 second strokes due to me being 5.4 in.

    Ever since I figured out why I wasn't growing or why my penis is in a "hard erect" or turtling stage, I've done some research on what physiological indicator is, so I lightened up my grip a little and noticed it helped with maintaining and erection just a little bit. It sucks because I do not even get erections such as night wood or morning wood.
    I cannot get hard thinking of women or sometimes even being stimulated by hand or orally (never penetrated yet). When performing oral sex I only get to about 70% erections and I have to make myself orgasm from it.

    I do not know which thread to post this in as I am confused if this is still due to erectile dysfunction or overtraining by tight grip. I recently took one Viagra to see if it would boost me, but it did not last long, so I am sticking to only using L-Citrulline 2400mg a day for this. Or would this be low testosterone knowing that I have been watching porn for 14 years (I was exposed to it) and would be orgasming everytime? Please help, I plan to get to a BPEL of 7 in and at least 5.25 EG in the next couple years.     Also plan on ejaculating these next 2 days, me being 20, will it affect it for the week?
    For the PE, should I take a week off due to negative PI?

      So you recognize you have negative PI which is good. You must change something. You are still in the beginning stages of PE, please take it easy. Do not tug hard, this is counterproductive. Make sure you are going slow and light. Negative PI will set you back, and injury will set you even further back.

      This is a marathon, not a sprint. You will lose if you try to go too fast.

        What would you recommend I do? Take a week off? I've noticed some take a week and still grow and get great EQ
        I've been tugging hard for 1 month and noticed I was jelqing really hard. You do not think it has to be testosterone levels or erectile dysfunction? I cannot get to 80-90% when stimulated, but when it stops, it goes down pretty fast. I heard doing reverse kegels may work.

          I Have about the same size like u....5.5 length, 4.35 girth ...(at best , Asian..)

          I think it's normal to turtle after PE. Ur dick get tired...remember to wear cock ring to have extended heal...
