  • A little request about my routine and Erection Quality

    Hi everyone,
    I recently started PE, I did some in the past, but wasn't really constant and was more about knowing what to do rather than doing it.

    This time I'm really committed, I've started doing JP90 for 2 weeks 1 day on and 1 day off and then switched to 2 day on 1 off in the latest 25 days.

    The routine is:
    10-15min Warmup with rice sock
    3 rounds of stretching suggested in the jp90 routine

    10min Jelqing (around 50 jelqs) doing kegels during each jelq (around 3-4 seconds each jelq with kegel)
    2-3 min V-Jelq (around 50 jelqs) doing kegels during each jelq (around 2-3 seconds each v-jelq with kegel)
    Repeat 3 times Jelq and V-Jelq

    5min cooldown with cold water
    ---------------


    Now I have a question,
    it has been almost 1 month since I've started 2 days on and 1 off and my erections haven't improved and aren't really that strong (I'd say a 7/10) is there something I'm doing wrong?

    I should also add that I'm dieting right now by cutting 500kcal/day (I am at 15% body fat, aiming to hit 10-11%) and also doing nofap/noedging(80 days) and noporn(36 days).
    I'm also doing some cardio (HIIT 2 times a week) and gym (3 times a week).

    I'd replace doing this with 15-20 min of more (warm) rice sock. You're getting the blood flowing, then putting a damper on things with the cold. Also, I don't see edging or any other engorgement routine. ???

      Start doing your edging and don`t bother with this no eding/no fap.

      You are doing cardio and gym-that`s good!

      Do you have weak erection because of PE or you have it before that and trying to improve it?
      starting size:07.2016-NBPEL 15.3 cm;MEG 12.6cm(4.9)

      Now:01.2018-NBPEL 19cm(7.5);MEG 14cm(5.5)

        Damn man... I just looked back to the JP90 and it says to do warm down with a HOT wash cloth, not something cold... I could have sworn it was the other way around .

        Thanks everynormalguy. In 9 days I will end the nofap challenge (3 months), I just want to finish it since I've gone this far, but after that I will definitively do the edging. I promise
        About the erections, It's been quite some time since I started having weak ones (even before nofap/noedging) and also I couldn't keep one for more than 5-10 seconds if i wasn't directly masturbating or having sex. I would go from a 7/10 (8 in the best cases) to a 5-6/10 in a matter of seconds and then in 30 seconds to flaccid.
