  • Where to start for length? 7 inch presently

    Hello. My second post on these forums. I primarily want to gain length. I researched a bit about kegels, manual stretching and jelging. I did them a few times, but not consistently at all. I know kegels can increase erection quality, but can they increase length slightly? My size is 7 inches, but only if fully hard. So length is 6.5-7. However, I swear when doing a kegel when fully hard my penis gets slightly longer for 2 seconds, but it's impossible to maintain. I'd imagine kegels would be useful.

    I may use a bathmate eventually, but not for a while. As for girth, I think I'm 5.5 give or take. I honestly don't know much about girth. I have a few photos on my profile. Goal is to add 1+ inch of length to be 8. I'd like to be 9 if possible even if actually 8 then pump to 9 for temporary effect.

    I'm much more interested in length as I said, but would not mind minor girth gains. Unfortunately, bigger girth is not good when using fleshlights & potential injury could ensue.

      I think hanging is the best way to gain length. I tried stretching but hanging you can do consistently for 20-30 minutes once conditioned and let gravity do the work! I started at 3 lbs and now I'm up to 5 lbs. Manual stretches are also good in the shower/bath/or in bed. I'm going to stick with my length program currently and hope I see some passive girth gains...I still clamp and jelq but hanging is my new focus.

        I agree that hanging is very good way to increese lenght (from what I read,never tried seriously),but I think that you can take a lot from basic stretches alone.Doing them under "shower/bath/or bed" is not the same as good warm up and then multiple sets of 1-2 minutes of holding hard stretch.I think you gain good and to work with those for a long time.Just increese intensity...you can progress the amount of stretch you can do and also add sets and seconds.

        I think it`s better to try some time with manual stretches and then look for something else-extending, hanging or more advanced manual exercises.I think there is no point of trying something more advanced and dengerous,if you can still gain with less intensity.I think need guys like the OP are better with manual to start with.

        What kind of hanger do you use,BDMS?Homemade or expensive one?

          - Just make your homemade fleshlight.I am using homemade from a long time and it`s really good.You can design it by your own taste.You can make it tight or loose or whatever you like it.It`s very easy to make one.

          Another plus is that you are using latex gloves for a single time and then change it.No need to clean it.
          Another great plus is that you can keep the parts of the fleshlight on top of your table and nobody is going to know what are you doing.If they are not put together,they look like random crap.

            The place to start with any excersizes or devices is consistency. Without that everything is a waste of time.

              Hey guys I tried doing hanging with weights. I actually have a weighted pull belt that I use to add more resistance/weight to my pull ups. Anyway, I started hanging 2.5 lbs from my penis. I did it for 20 mins, but took short breaks after every 5 minute for safety and to retighten the resistance. Note, I may have actually been using slightly more because the chain has weight to it but not much.

              Have people actually had success with hanging? It seems kind of simple compared to using a specific device such as a basic penis pump or bathmate. I'd like to see some scientific information on PE. There's a documentary called "Unhung Hero" & they acted like stuff like that was pointless. Idk what size the dude was, though.

              Am I right to assume that making a 0.5 - 1 inch gain would be easier if you start with a bigger dick to begin with (up to a point of course). For example, going from a 4-5 would be a 25% increase as opposed to going from a 8-9 inch which would be a 12.5 % of increase. Perhaps I am mistaken with that train of thought?

              Do pornstars ever using pumps or other devices to temporarily increase their size for a short period of time? I swear some well-endowed guys in pro-porn are bigger & harder in some videos.

              Anyway, I think I may try hanging consistently. I just don't want to do too much or too little. I also may look into kegals.

              For some reason, after I took the weight off; it still feels like weight is hanging from my dick. The stretch feels similar to the same sensation I get after a hamstring or quad stretch. But I don't think the penis is a muscle.

                The penis has the same tissue that makes up all the tendons in your body. If you can improve flexibility by stretching you legs, shoulders etc then you can increase length by "working" the tunica and other tendons of the penis
