Newbie routine

  • Newbie routine

    I started 2 weeks ago and this is what I've been doing

    10min warmup
    10min jelq
    Oriental massage stretches the ones on big als beginner routine
    100 kegals
    20min edge
    10 min warm down

    Is this a good routine for one and should I do all this at one time or break it down

    Ps doing this 2 days on 1 day off

    Help is greatly appreciated

    Forgot to say kegals I break down 100 in a day not at one time

      Are you doing hindi squats or reverse kegels as well? Kegels are good for raising EQ but if done without any pelvic floor relaxation exercises included in the routine they could have adverse effects.

      Also you may want to do the stretches before jelqing in order to relax the tunica more and allow for better expansion.

        No I was just mainly doing the big al beginner routine so no Hindu squats or reverse kegals
