    When stretching for max length gains do I need to feel the ligs or the penis ?

    Different stretches target different areas of your penis.

      It's the ligs you will feel at the base of your penis.

        I understand so for max length grow I need to get the ligs stretched and the penis ?

          Btw I forgot to say my LOT is around 11 oclock. I just read some topics that I have some big potential for length gains, please tell me how

            Straight down and BTC stretches are good for the ligs. You should stretch in every direction but you can focus on downward angles if you'd like.

              Speaking of stretching, I've been doing fowlers recently and while I do feel a good stretch I can't help but worry over the placement of my balls. I feel like the stretch cuts off circulation to them because they are slightly cold by the end of my seasion. Does anyone do these stretches and experience this as well? Maybe I'm just doing them completely wrong. Thanks!
