    Hi, (sorry for my bad english.)
    MY BPEL is 6.5 inches
    and my BEG is 4.5 inches

    I want to know, can i gain 0,8 inches lenght,and girth?
    Can you recommend any routine for less time keeping?becasue i dont have enought time for 1 hours workout.
    And can i gain with no warmup ?

    Welcome. I would begin by checking out the start here tab at the top of the page. You Will Learn A Lot. Read through it. There are also some good beginner routines there. You can customize the routine to fit you however. Make it fun, make it doable. Consistency over a long period of time can equal unknown gains. Everyone is different.

      Yes, it is absolutely possible for you to gain that length. But it is impossible to know in advance. Some people gain much where other people don't gain much at all. Then there are some that don't gain at all.

      It is a routine aimed for conditioning the penis, but many people gain well only with this. Many people (and I included) have just continued with the same routine, just a bit more intensified, after the three month period.

      Warming up the penis is to make it more pliable to the exercises and it makes it less of a chance to get injured. So you better take time to warm up your penis.

      Also take time to read through the links that you find up to the left where it says: "START HERE".

                      Thank you all )) actually i did some jp 90 routines without warming up.PIs is neutral,but my bpfsl increased.
                      I think i can gain, you boys are funny thank you!

                      and 1 question more.Can i warm up with only hot water ?

                      P.S I want grow to the high avarage lenght i will do it !

                        Yes you can use a hot washcloth for warm ups, don't burn yourself.

                            Your lengh is in the upper average! Your girth within average. A good starting point to get even bigger. Happy tuggin'!
