  • Need a new routine

    I'm looking for exercises that are more towards improving EQ than size right now. I've been PEing for over a year and gotten gains however my EQ has dropped significantly. I recently cut porn and am now looking for a routine or exercises that greatly improve EQ. Any suggestions?
    Starting measurements
    NBPFL- 3.4 "- 3.5"
    FG - 3.9" - 4"
    NBPEL - 5.4"
    EG - 4.8" - 5.1"

    Goals
    Short term(within 6 months or so)
    NBPEL - 6" - 6.4"
    EG - 5.4" - 5.5"
    End Goal
    NBPEL - <7"
    EG - 6"

    Anything at all? Also would like to mention I am uncircumsised, will that affect my exercises?

        Can absolutely vouch for this, especially if you're just starting off as well. Very first 2 days of that routine and my EQ improved dramatically and I could already see some noticeable gains. For me the gains stopped after the third week or so, but the EQ maintained pretty well, until I started overdoing my JP90's routine that followed (at least I think that's what happened).

        Current - 24/07/2017: 6.5 BPEL; 5.0 MEG; 5.13 BEG

          Will definitely be trying it then from tomorrow(or maybe even tonight!) Hopefully this will help. Considering I have been jelqing for about a year with 400 jelqs a day and 150 vjelqs a day it may be that I've been overworking for quite some time. Thanks for the replies.

            Sorry for the double post but I was wondering if it is okay to split the routine or would that be bad. On the post it seems to point to doing everything all at once but due to not having very much private time to myself I was wondering if splitting it (jelqs + oriental massage in the evening, kegels and start and stop at night) would reduce effects?
