    So I started the 90 program last night. The biggest thing for me is not being able to maintain erection level for the jelqs. So I usually do 2 sets of each before I stop.
    My questions were is it ok to add other beginner excercises and stretches to this routine? I was extending for awhile with no results so I figured is try this. I really don't like the jelqs and my main focus is on length. Long term goals are 3 permanent inches to erect and maybe 1 to 1.5 in girth. But mainly I want length.
    So is it ok to add other stretches and excercises? Also should I keep extending during the day?

    Stick with just doing the JP90 according to the instructions for now, you want to see how your penis is going to react to the exercises first. It can be a bit difficult with trying to maintain the proper erection level for jelqing at first, but you should keep it in your routine. Stretching exercises work on lengthening the tunica but it doesn't do anything to grow the smooth muscle within it. If no work is done to expand the smooth muscle to keep up with the tunica growth then your EQ will start to suffer. Jelqing helps to work and expand this muscle as well as some other penile health benifits.

      As Cavalier mentioned above, keep going with the JP90 and complete the conditioning phase properly.
      If you have just started you may concider start with less reps and 4 times a week, than build up from there.

      3 inches is a very ambitious goal, although not impossible.

      I would suggest targeting smaller goals on your way of acheiving your final goals, it will keep you going.

        Do the program and don't cheat on the execution of the exercises! After two months I started experimenting with other stretches just to gauge how much my penis could take _WITHOUT_ getting injured(!). Start slow and add reps as you get used to the program.

        *Edit: In the beginning I used porn to keep a good level of erection, now I don't need much stimulation other than my mind.

          3 inches in my ultimate goal. As long as I'm making gains then I'm happy.

            I time my reps with my phone so sometimes I think of that hot waitress I know or use porn if I'm less inspired. But the jelqs should come easier if you're using lube. The stretches are what is more challenging for me
