  • Jp90 is the problem?

    hello guys! I started for almost 1 month jp90 but only with 100 jelqs and 60 v jelqs because if i did more i feel like im overtraining..
    The problem is:
    I didnt get a morning wood for last months and i was thinking because of stress,aniexity,weak diet etc.. but for 1 month im more better.. my eq sometimes is 10/10 but i dont get morning wood ....
    Now, the last two sessions.. i got morning wood but my eq is like 7/10
    Im not watching too much porn.. i masturbate one per week max 2 sometimes.. but also i masturbate (sometimes) or watch only porn because i need my erection in morning for kegels or for routine...
    I dont know what's the problem? Also my body dont feel like i need porn(my orgasm are not satisfaying) but i feel horny most of time..
    Can anyone help me? thanks very much and sorry for my english

    I don't think that a negative erection level for a day or two is uncommon. Your libido goes up and down just like everything else in your body. If you think the routine is too much might check out the PESG routine.

      If these PI's you're describing occured after that week of JP90 than perhaps you need to change your routine.

      I would suggest laying off PE for few days untill everything is back to normal, and than start with minimum intensity with BigAl's or PESG routine.

        Masturbating will help with your EQ, it's more about the intensity level of mastuerbating after jelqs and kegels. You can masturbate after every session it is the best stress relief possible. Just make sure to take a rest day every 2 or 3 days, because manual edging is the only way to raise EQ. Drop the porn for sure as well.
