    So I've been on this routine for a month now

    10 min warmup
    10 stretching all directions
    10 wet jelqs
    10 or more warmup

    I don't know if when I started doing this I was measuring it right but I think I've been gaining half cm in lenght.
    My main question is that I want to take a break for like a week between months, is this a good thing to do or just keep it up 2 on 1 off?

      As new as yoiu might be to this pe work, you have to experiment
      to find what works best for you; amount of rest, when to take breaks,
      all need to be discovered as to what works.

          In weight lifting, individuals will usually take one week off every 10-12 weeks to give the central nervous system some much needed rest. I would assume such a practice with PE would only be beneficial in terms of recovery and injury prevention.
          Start | BPEL: 6.2500, EG: 5.0000 |
          Current | BPEL: 7.0625, EG: 5.0625 |
          Goal​ | BPEL: 7.5, EG: 5.5 |

            I m asking this because I saw some users saying that they saw some changes after 1 week off.

              Everyone probably has varying results, that's often times the trouble with anecdotal evidence. Taking a week off certainly wouldn't do you any harm and if it yields positive results then all the better. The most important thing is to figure out what works best for you, because not all penises were born equal.
