  • Unwanted Erections

    I'm trying to start the jp90 routine but i get an erection at every step. this is my first time attempting a penis workout. what can i do to deal with these erections, or prevent them?
    Starting Measurements
    BPEL: 7.5"-7.75"
    EG: 5.25"

    Goal
    BPEL: 8"
    EG: 5.5"

    "Dream" Goal
    BPEL: 8.5"
    EG: 5.75"

    Things are going to get a lot better with the time.I was having the same problems when I started,now I don`t have erection problems during workout at all.I forgot about them until now with your thread You need to keep your brain out of the idea that you are going to do something "fun" with your dick,but just take the whole thing as a "procedure" rather then something in a sexual way.
    starting size:07.2016-NBPEL 15.3 cm;MEG 12.6cm(4.9)

    Now:01.2018-NBPEL 19cm(7.5);MEG 14cm(5.5)

      Yeah.

      Its gonna take a couple weeks for your brain to get used to it. He will then determine whether its time to play or work.

      Ohh... and stop excessive jacking, if every time you grab your dick you stroke it.... your brain will continue to associate your hand with stimulation.

      Been there, and it is very annoying. Takes like 1hr to do a 5 min workout lol.

      It will stop though.

        what should i do when it happens mid workout? do i just wait it out?

          Yep.

          Also try to jelq not all the way up to the glans, which you should do anyway to avoid pain, but by taking one more cm away from your glans, you might be able to prevent some of those unwanted erections.
