  • Addicted to masterbation affecting training days :(

Ugh, this is very frustrating. I stopped watching porn, its day three, it's easy for me like I said, but its just the masterbation part that destroys me. I cannot catcha break! Then it induces overtraining and less time to heal up, so it affects my jelqing/ stretching days. I was supposed to rest up saturday and today, but first thing in the morning I'm super horny af. I hate how this has become like a drug and it really gets in the way of my training.

Does anyone struggle with this? At first I was doing okay, I could abstain for like 3 days, but now it's an everyday thing for the past 4 days, and I have some pain and erections are defnitly not strong.

      Ice that thing.

      Horny? Ice that thing.

Horny? Get outside and go for a walk.

Horny? Get out of bed get dressed and leave the house.

Horny? Think of me stretching and jelqing my oversized banana.

Horny? You're not horny, it's just a behavior pattern that needs changing.

You never slow down, you never grow old!

Are you masturbating in bed, if so get out of bed as soon as you are awake so you don't fall into the masturbation trap.

I've found that the more times I relapsed the more determined I was to not do it again. I also avoided things that triggered me which is VERY important, so listen to what Jay and Clockwork said. Now I can keep my hands off my dick for at least 2 weeks or more no sweat. That meat is beat.

Just find out what your triggers are and cut them out. You'll conquer this in no time.

Ha! Who's going to pay for a counselor? I'm in no way asking anyone to snap their fingers to magically fix my problems, I just felt that this can be an issue not only for me but other members on this forum that struggle with this addiction. It can be detrimental to our gains if its causing over training. Just wanted to see if anyone had dealt with something like this in teh past and what things they did to help themselves push through.

I guess the angle I was coming from was that you said you had an addiction and in order to kick addictions the sufferer seeks professional help if they can't do it on their own. If you can't quit then you would have to lay for it but IMO it would be worth it.
