  • Little confused about LOT

I pulled my penis in the 12:00 position, the 6:00 position, and the 9:00 while doing a couple kegals and I only felt a tug when I pulled at the 12:00 position while doing kegals.

So which direction would be best for me to stretch?

Straight out and straight up or straight out and straight down?

Thanks, and i'm looking forward to starting my Pe routine on Monday.

You are probably best off stretching in all directions, straight out, up, down and to each side.

The LOT (loss of tugback) theory popularized by Bib suggests that guys with a high LOT (closer to 12:00 than 6:00) have rather short, tight ligaments (fundiform and suspensory) and therefore have the potential to gain length more quickly by focusing on stretching the ligaments, by stretching or hanging straight down or BTC (between the cheeks). A lot of people don't buy into this theory, so you can decide for yourself.

To determine LOT, stretch you penis out firmly, but not extremely hard and Kegel starting at the 12:00 position (straight up). You should see a bit of tugback at the glans (if you don't you should perhaps worry more about Kegeling than stretching). Now do the same thing at 11:00, 10:00, 9:00 o'clock, etc. The LOT is the angle at which you first see a significant reduction in the amount of tugback, not the point at which you have a complete loss of tugback.

I was never so into lot theory. Main thing is to get started.

I have tug between the hours of 12:00 - 10:00, so my LOT is 9:00 and below.
