    Welcome to The PEGym Good to have you Aboard. Now that you're here, let's go over our policies along with some great threads to get you started.

    The PE GYM Code
    Follow these principles and you'll get your questions answered faster and you'll have a better time while you're here.

    MOST IMPORTANT RULE - Be respectful to one another! Oftentimes we discuss sensitive issues. Disagreeing with one another is fine; however, please phrase your responses respectfully. This is a MUST. In inability to be respectful will lead to moderation and/or banning from the forums.

    1) Follow our grammar policy. Most importantly, post with the idea that you are trying to communicate a message. This is a big one. Don't ignore this. A forum is all about communicating. Why is good grammar important to the forum?

    2) Make sure your posts are in the right forum. If it's a manual exercise question, it goes into the General PE; If it's a device question, it goes into the Device Forum; etc. Do NOT post the same post to multiple forums.

    3) If you take something, provide the name of the source. If material is "borrowed" from this site, we expect a link to the material in return. Similarly, if you post something from another site or forum because it adds to the conversation here, make sure you mention where it came from. Please do NOT include links to outside sites, other than those approved by PEGym staff. Feel free to e-mail Ashley at Ashley @ semprove.com if you have any questions or are unsure of something.

    4) Freedom of speech is our motto, but don't abuse it! AGAIN - Treat others with respect, keep your posts clean, avoid porn, don't act like an idiot, and be friendly to others. If you follow these guidelines, you'll do well here!

    5) Please be patient! While most posts get answered fairly quickly, it would be unreasonable to expect an immediate answer for every post on the forum. Please refrain from bumping your post unless it's gone unanswered and it's off the first page. If your message is truly urgent, please put "Urgent" or something similar in your subject line. For urgent issues you can also contact one of the senior/experienced members, moderators, or administrators to assist you.
    No "cross posting"; to be posting the same thing in multiple places. Forum operators do not like this happening, it makes indexing a messy operation. Do NOT do this !

    6) Focus on your penis health, not your size. As PhibbysHammer said, just knowing my unit is healthier is plenty motivation enough. The size is really an added BONUS!

    7) No inappropriate photos in the open forum. Each member is allotted a photo album to post pictures of their penis and that is the only place where those pictures are allowed. If you have a question that requires a photo to get feedback, then you can link that photo from your album to your post, but do not post the picture as an attachment as it is against the rules and will be removed.
    Pornographic material of any nature is strictly prohibited, even in your own photo album.

    8) One account per person.

    10) Creating a Thread & it's Title

    Do NOT CAPITALIZE everything.
    Do NOT use excessive signs (??? or !!! etc.)
    Do NOT make multiple threads in different sections for the same problem.
    Use a title with a specific description of the issue to get the best help.
    Use proper spelling in the title, no txting abbreviations.

    11) Posting, Respect for members, their threads, posts, towards each other.

    Yes, we're talking about respect again - because it's THAT important! :-) Members are to treat each other with Respect, thread topics and their posts within, deserve/receive that same Respect.

    If your post or behavior, appears to cross that line, you may be asked to edit your post, your post may be deleted, and/or you may be warned via
    Private Message, issued an Infraction, or banned from using the forum.
    Bans may last from 1 day to being permanent.

    Welcome to the Penis Enlargement (PE) world.
    This site is all about helping you achieve your goals for creating a bigger and healthier penis.

    Our MOTTO is “ SAFETY COMES FIRST”.
    After all an injured penis can not grow.
    Your penis is constructed by tissues,veins,nerves ETC. so this means that it can get injured TEMPORARLY or PERMANENTLY.

    So your job is to treat it with respect especially in the beginning that is still fragile because of its lack of conditioning.

    After all PRODUCTIVE PE is all about using the correct technique for a logical amount of time per session and not about stressing the penis hard and/or all day long.

    You have to understand that PE is not related to body building but it relates better to the effort of doing the leg splits , like in martial arts or ballet.
    In order to succeed with the leg splits you have to do your stretching sessions 4-5 days per week with a safe intensity and give 2-3 days of rest per week.

    The same happens with the PRODUCTIVE PE.

    You have to understand that you can NOT speed up the gains by doing MORE than your penis can handle. In fact the gains will slow down and even stop completely if you are overdoing it because instead of creating softer and longer tissues , you are going to create stiffer and shorter ones.

    That’s the reason that the Penis Indications( PIs) have been invented years ago by the PE Vets in order for the PE practitioner to be able to guide his PE routines by recognizing if they are productive or not.

    POSITIVE PIS( The most important ones)

    1. Flaccid state bigger and softer/more stretchable
    2. Increase of Erection Quality(EQ)
    3. Increase in Libido


    NEGATIVE PIS(The most important ones)

    1. A small/contracted stiff flaccid state ( turtled)
    2. Loss of EQ
    3. Loss of Libido


    The other thing you should be aware of is that your dick is not only what you are able to see…
    There is also the internal part of the dick which is inside your body and this part of it is connected/attached with the Pelvic Floor (PF) muscles.

    So while you are working out your penis , your PF is also involved and frequent injuries can happen there too.

    This is something that had not been discovered in the old PE days but now we have a more clear view of it.

      Hey guys this site is awesome I wish I would have found it years ago. I have a couple questions, I am trying to put together my profile and was wondering should you do your initial measurements before or after warm up and exersises? and whats your opinion on the kapplin penis pump should i use it in conjunction with exersises or throw it in garbage?

          Same thing for the national average for womans weight. The average womans pant size is like a 12 or something. Why do you only see sexy skinny bimbos in ads in magazines? Why does Carl's Jr. Western $6 burger look so fucking delicious but the actualy sandwich is a mess, but still looks fucking good, you just cant see the insides on the outsides until you pick it up.

            thank you for accepting me here.I am new so i dunno what to do .I watched some videos about the exercises and im applying them.But there is a problem. I ve been doing the exercises for 5 days but I dont have a program. so now, you know what i want.a program thanks again.
            oh and is it possible to add 3 inches in 3 weeks

              To me it doesn't matter when you measure, as long as you are consistent. I go by the theory that the actual number itself doesnt matter, its the starting point to track progression (kind of like getting your body fat measured).

              I do not use any sort of devices so I cant really help you out there. But, my initial thoughts would be to stick to a beginners routine, without the pump, for at least three months

                  You can either use the quote button (which then quotes that particular text in your new post) or use the "Quick Reply" box at the bottom of the page. To quote multiple posts, click the " box (next to the quote button) on each of the posts you want to quote, then hit the "Quote" button on the last one.

                      I would say yes, I am 20 and regret not starting before! So if you are 19, there are chances that your dick is still growing, since I was 5.7" when before I started PE(summer 2009 and when I STARTED PE(feb 2010) I was 5,92. So I did grow a bit by myself. However, I would have wished that I was PEing loong before this february due to the gains I have been experiencing

                        Ok so i have a question.Actually i have a many questions.My penis erection size is only 4,8 inch.My erection is not that hard.Actually it doesn't get strong enough.And i ejaculate within 1 minute during sexual intercourse even during the masturbation.I am now 19 and i am really worried about this.Since i turned 16, my penis didn't grow up anymore.So do i have to do the all exercises together like exercise to get hard erection and kegel and so on.What could be the best solution?Plse help me

I would recommend starting your own log for this type of question (this probably isn't the place where people would think to look to try and help you). If you go to the "progress" part of the site and start a log there, people would be more than happy to help you out!                             Hey,
                            I'm a newbie with PE, only one week in my 90 day routine. I would like to know about hanging but don't know where to start. I've spent the last two day looking and can't seem to find anything other than PEr's discussing thier gains, this is fine but I am ignorant and need to be educated on the basics of hanging. What I'd like to know specifically are hanging methods. Could someone please help with some discriptive links/videos?

                              Here's one of the better threads I was able to find and there are a couple other links provided inside it: https://www.pegym.com/forums/penis-d...hlight=Hanging. Also, get very familiar with the search function on the ribbon at the top of the page as it will help you immensly! I find that the advanced search works a little better than just the general search just from my experience.
